For care and maintenance of your Swiss watch, we recommend cleaning your watch regularly using a soft cloth and warm water. If your watch is exposed to salt water, rinse your watch with fresh water and leave it to dry completely. Do not expose your watch to intense magnetic fields such as loudspeakers or refrigerators and other electromagnetic appliances. When adjusting date or time, carefully push crown in to ensure that no water enters the mechanism. For cleaning all water-resistant cases, use a toothbrush with soapy water and a soft cloth for drying. Avoid direct contact with chemical products such as solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetic products, etc., since they may damage the strap, the case or the gaskets. Do not expose your watch to sudden temperature changes (exposure to sunlight followed by immersion in cold water) or extreme temperatures.
Your high quality swiss watch needs to be serviced regularly in order for it to work perfectly. The intervals of service will vary depending on the model, climate, and the care taken by the watch's owner. 30-Day "Hassle Free" Returns
We are glad to offer a 30-day "Hassle Free" return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. No problem, please send us a message at email@example.com and we will provide you with instructions for your return.
Our policy gives you 30 days to change your mind. Unfortunately after 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also include all original packaging, guarantee card and instructions (if applicable).
When we receive your item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility for a refund. We make every effort to process returns on the same day they are received. We will send you an email notifying you that your item has been received and your refund has been processed.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will email you with a return shipping label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
